Among some, a compassion-centered lifestyle is one shared in breezy, pastel-colored Insta posts and involves attending <a href="https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/compassionretreat/" target="_blank">idyllic retreats</a> and practicing meditation. And giving someone else an honest piece of our minds isn’t it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
