A leading sports dietitian based in Brisbane has shared the foods that make fat loss easier, and revealed why you can still enjoy some of your favourite foods like milky coffees and popcorn and lose weight.

Leanne Ward, 30, posted on TikTok, where she said that there are certain foods that you might know help with weight loss like grapefruit, there are others like frozen grapes and roasted chickpeas that you might not be so familiar with.

'These foods taste great and keep you on track,' Leanne posted.
