TRAVELING to far-away lands can be one of the most rewarding experiences – but it can also be one of the scariest.

A woman has shared a warning with fellow female travelers after she discovered a life-threatening problem with her hotel room's peephole.

Erin Abney, who works in PR, shared a clip from her latest trip to Las Vegas.

In it, she stepped outside of her hotel room and looked through the peephole from the outside in.

The view was crystal clear and whoever looked through it from the outside could see into her hotel room, especially into the bathroom.
