Other research shows that people who <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25332335/" target="_blank">ate fish two to four times a week</a> had about a 20 percent less chance of hearing problems and that <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26354537/" target="_blank">getting too little folate</a>—less than 200 mg per day—raised the risk.</p></blockquote><p></p>
