In a national UK sample, most people mentioned one or two dietary changes for reducing the climate impact of their food choices, but they rarely mentioned the strategies that experts suggest are <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0959652616303584" target="_blank">the most effective</a>.</p></blockquote><p></p>
