Just last week, a court case made headlines after a healthy and fit mother of two <a href="https://www.health.com/syndication/mom-dies-after-eating-uncooked-chicken-hotel-restaurant" target="_blank">died after eating uncooked chicken</a> at a hotel in Greece. (A coroner said the woman likely contracted <a href="https://www.health.com/food/e-coli-symptoms" target="_blank"><em>E. coli</em></a> from the raw poultry.)</p></blockquote><p></p>
