    Grass fed rib eye with a baked purple potato

    I LOVE purple potatoes, but they're hard to find. They're in season right now and my favorite organic vegetable stand had them a few days ago so we bought 30 and cooked and froze them. We went back 2 days ago and they were out :( The fresh grass fed rib eye is from Costco, very good quality...
