Making the perfect nacho cheese


Preparations are underway for the big game on Sunday. As Super Bowl draws near, football fans are stocking up on cold beverages and hot treats, including fixin’s for nachos. Nacho fans have wrestled for years with finding a cheese that doesn’t leave a gritty, oily mess or a liquid nightmare on top of chips. Turns out, chemistry has the answer.
